Product Specifications
Side and Rear Windows with Locking System: The side and rear windows of the Hardtop ARB are equipped with a mechanical locking system with keyed D-handle, ensuring the security of your load. This feature guarantees optimal protection against theft attempts.
Front Window Hardtop : The front window of Hardtop is designed to provide maximum rear vision and facilitate cleaning of the rear glass of the cabin of your Toyota Hilux. This feature improves visibility and safety while driving.
Innovative Rear Door: The rear door with 3D curved design is made of gray tinted tempered safety glass, complying with EC43R standards. Each door is equipped with an E Mark approved LED brake light, interior light and Gas Struts gas suitable for temperatures ranging from -20°C to 90°C. In the event of accidental breakage, the rear door glass can be replaced independently of the frame, providing a cost-effective solution.
Unique Mounting System ARB : The laser cut steel mounting system ofARB is directly bolted to the existing mounting points of your Toyota Hilux Extra Cab, ensuring a solid foundation for the Hardtop. Additional brackets reinforce the back door and door latches, ensuring a durable and secure installation.
Structure of Hardtop in ABS : Hardtops ARB are made of plastic ABS Special co-extruded, ensuring strength and durability. TheABS is a recyclable material, making it possible to reduce the environmental impact at the end of the product's life.
